One of the most frightening things drivers can experience is seeing another vehicle heading straight for them in the opposite direction. Head-on, or frontal, collisions are some of the deadliest motor vehicle accidents. Although head-on collisions only account for a small number of the total crashes in Pennsylvania, they have the highest percentage of fatalities. Many times, head-on crashes are caused by drivers who are traveling on the wrong side of the road.
